Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("IndiDating", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use IndiDating.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older. Accounts belonging to minors are removed.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• One person, one account. Impersonating anyone else is not allowed.

2. Credits, prices and earnings

• Credits are a prepaid in-app balance used to pay for messages, calls and paid posts. Credits have no cash value, are not a deposit, and cannot be transferred between members.
• Members may set their own price per message and per call minute, within limits we publish in the app. Prices are shown before you spend anything.
• When someone pays to contact you, you receive the amount minus our platform fee, which is shown in the app and may change with notice.
• Calls are billed per started minute, calculated on our servers. A call ends automatically when your credit balance is insufficient for the next minute.

3. Withdrawals

• Earnings may be withdrawn to a UPI ID or bank account once they reach the minimum amount shown in the app.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. We are not liable for funds sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• Requests are reviewed before payment. We may delay or refuse a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms, or where required by law.
• You are responsible for any taxes payable on amounts you earn.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post or send sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a minor — this results in immediate removal and a report to the authorities.
• Post nudity, sexually explicit material, violence, hate speech, or content that harasses or threatens anyone.
• Solicit prostitution or any illegal service, or use IndiDating for fraud, scams, money laundering or spam.
• Share another person's private information, or record calls without consent.
• Manipulate the credits, earnings or verification systems, or attempt to bypass payment.
• Use bots, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer the app.

See our Community Guidelines for detail. Breaking these rules can result in content removal, loss of verification, suspension or permanent removal of your account.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display your content solely to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Moderation and account action

We may review reported content and conversations, remove content, and suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms or the law. Where an account is removed for a serious breach, unused credits and unpaid earnings may be forfeited.

7. Account deletion

You may request deletion at any time in Profile → Delete my account, or via our deletion page. Your profile is hidden immediately and data is erased on approval. Remaining credits and earnings are forfeited on deletion, and pending withdrawals are cancelled — withdraw first if you are owed money.

8. Safety disclaimer

IndiDating helps people connect but does not conduct background checks beyond the optional identity verification described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own safety: meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not met.

9. Service availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other members. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by updating the date above. Continuing to use IndiDating after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY], [STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction.
