Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your IndiDating account and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — request from the app (fastest)

Open IndiDating and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Review the summary, enter your password, and tap Request deletion.

Your profile is hidden from all other members immediately. Our team then reviews the request — this lets us settle any payout you are owed and check for misuse — and your data is permanently erased on approval, within 30 days at the latest. You can cancel from the Profile tab any time before it is approved.

Option 2 — request by email

If you can't access the app, email support@indidating.com from any address and include the mobile number registered on your account. We verify ownership of the number before deleting, and complete verified requests within 30 days.

What happens to your data

Deleted permanently

Name, mobile number and password
Profile photo, bio, city and location
Your posts, and their photos and videos
Identity documents submitted for verification (Aadhaar, PAN, selfie video)
Likes, blocks, chat settings and notification token

Kept for legal reasons

Payment and payout records, kept for accounting, tax and dispute resolution as required by law
Messages you already sent remain in the other person's chat, shown from “Deleted user”, because they are part of that person's own conversation

Retained records reference an internal number only and are no longer linked to your name, phone number or identity documents.

Before you delete: any remaining credits and earnings are forfeited and cannot be restored, and pending withdrawal requests are cancelled. If you have money to collect, request a withdrawal and wait for it to be paid before deleting.

Once approved, deletion cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same mobile number, but it will be a brand-new account with no previous data.
